From my seat at this table, the worst situation is she leaves in the middle of the night just before Christmas, you are now faced with the three worst months for renting and you have an empty unit that you have to heat with the fewest good rental prospects looking to move in the snow and cold.

Worst story was a guy who called christmas eve because he had a toilet clogged (keep in mind it was just him in a two bathroom house) and wanted to call a plumber immediatley that night!
