They're not even aware there is a sale on day 1 and you execute a contract and send it to them to get into their workflow.

With a crew working on the first bath it would be an easy add on in terms of work flow and could probably be done for about half the price of the full. 

There was a lot of work in front of us and I took on the responsibilities for our internal procedures and workflows.

Is there any way you can post a screenshot of your workflow, or how you utilize it for the maintenance? 

I was interested because I think I might help by building something that could free-up people's time and improve manual workflows, but I wanted to first define if it would be worth to build it and make better sense of it.

You stop the work flow, everyone leaves, and then you have to rebuild.

New to this so just wondering if that workflow is making sense.

If your company plans to scale, process flow becomes a big deal around integrating work flows with your management software.
