Hey everyone, just curious if anyone has run into this before,Currently have a property under contract in Broward County, Florida, and once the 4 point was sent to the insurance company they said they do not have anyone that covers active cloth wiring.

Education is a lifestyle, so I am hoping to connect with like minded men and women so we can share ideas, strategies, and connections.

I want to hear the stories from self made businessmen/women.  

There is a group specifically for women in real estate as well.They do offer discounts though out the year on the sign up fee (or at least they did when I signed up), so you may inquire or keep your eyes open for those.

There is NO risk of gas leaks and... city inspectors aren't grumpy when a tenant piles cloths in front of the "furnace" (because there is no open flame).

Hi Quinton,This may or may not be applicable to you, but if by "unemployed" you mean "on temporary disability, but my job is waiting for me when I get better, and we have an estimated return to work date," than this would be a scenario where ADA trumps ATR and you can still get a traditional mortgage.Fannie guideline on long-term/permanent disability, on social security disability, and on what may be applicable to you: "temporary leave income," which includes short term medical disabilities.For that last one:Just like women/men on maternity/paternity/pregnant leave, a gap between temporarily reduced income due to medical condition, and your normal income, can be made up for using asset depletion.

I also went to my other property where I had stored my tools, clothes, etc., from the last trips.

I suspect in Omaha you can do very nicely on say 20k a month... and spend say 5% of your income on a toy.. still leaves you 19k a month to live on.. great house in your market probably all in is not more than 3 to 4k a month leaving you 15k for food and cloths.. so you can buy the car  :)
