Trying to save money by not getting the right CPA can be penny-wise but dollar-foolish.

 I think it’s very wise to ask before you make such commitment.

Probably still more wise to keep your cash out refi to 75% or 80% (on a primary) and do a 2nd mortgage for the last 10%.

There is a lot of pressure to choose your tenants wisely, and make sure they all get a long.

You are like many others who are getting started and unfortunately your generation is screwed because of the amount of spending is older generations have done and put the debt on you which also has led to record inflation.All you can do now is plan for the future and don’t force things but invest wisely when the time is right.
