Does HACC expect all doors to be auto closing during section 8 inspection?

I purchased a somewhat run down vacant auto repair facility with all equipment in tack for about $115,000 in 1981.  

What about mechanics, attorneys, bank managers, auto sales, accountants, insurance brokers, realtors and similar?

I get around the updates by changing the settings to say I have a metered connection to stop the auto updates.
