It will be interesting to see how universities adapt as the vaccine gets more widely distributed. 

Failure to do so could result in eviction.Those with pets will be required to provide their pet's vaccination records, vet contact, license number, and a photo as well as a statement confirming that their dog is not aggressive nor has it been cited in a biting incident.  

You also have to consider that even after we have a vaccine widely distributed people's behaviors will change.

Kalamazoo/Portage will start flourishing more now that Pfizer has developed the COVID vaccine. 

IPlus, the vaccine is getting rolled out which will curb the spread tremendously.

I got my 2nd Covid vaccine Wednesday before last and was down fir the count that Thursday and then I started real estate school on a total whim this week haha.

I should have also mentioned - with foreclosures and eviction bans most likely to be extended to September - the overall economy will be in a far better place at that point because everyone who wants to be vaccinated will be. 

I expect the market will soften and more homes to come on the market as more people get vaccinated.

Yesterday JP Morgan issued a client note stating they see the pandemic dissipate in the next 40 - 80 days as vaccine supplies rise dramatically.

With Covid and vaccine, this might be bit more complicated but doable.Also if I may suggest... these kinds of topics are rather controversial so I would also refrain from posting open questions like these in public forums.
