As a 40 year resident and 28 year builder and developer in the Treasure Valley I am always looking to connect with others.  So if you are and a seasoned native Idahoan or new to investing with deep roots in the valley all the way to those that are brand new to the Boise Idaho area.  Lets get connected about the state of real estate in Idaho!

@Andrew Schutsky We are growing by leaps and bound for sure.  Low tax rates and business friendly laws keep everyone growing here.  We were a top 5 inbound state and also ranked #1 in rent growth.  Its a hot market with tons of room to keep growing thanks to all the great reasons to live here.
