Last time I checked only people who have lost a home are those who do not pay.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

To me the only thing that is working now is partnering with people who have their own salaried teams.  

It puts you in a position to learn the market, build connections, and spot deals before most people even know they exist.

Might be nice for your personal home but I do not think on an investment property is worth it - except for the marketing angle as people like our salt water pools.

My wife and I have overhauled our personal budget to reflect the 'pay yourself first' approach (allocate in order: income comes in -> invest -> donate -> fixed expenses -> variable expenses -> fun $$).We are looking to see what experienced people generally recommend for a holding tank for that 'invest' allocation while we target our first real estate deal.What financial vehicles have you guys used that works well for this?

Ridiculous and stupid people.

Whether that's through house hacking or just another set of units I hold, I plan to purchase again this year. if there are tips on how to build a trusted network of people on here, I would welcome that.

Interested to hear from both seasoned pros, and people who got into this area of investing recently.....
