"Getting in" is easy; making money, managing the business, with the increased financial risk of commercial properties is a whole different game. 

It helps a lot with networking on here.Other than that, be a sponge and soak up as much content to learn the game.

It would be good to talk to a lender to make a game plan and review your financials. 

Instead of being transparent about it, you had me spend a bunch of money on things I shouldn't have since there was no intent on closing the deal.

If you're looking to buy bigger buildings that's another ball game altogether.My advice: what investing do you feel most confident and excited about?
