Granted I have hired many "con" tractors over the years.  

We also operate a tractor trailer route together and have been for the last 2 years.

If you do, you'll get a discount, they get 'points', and best of all, you'll probably get several referrals from the sales people who work with these CON-tractors every day--they can tell you which ones know which end of the hammer to use.Good luck!

I'm no expert, but my loans have the following info: "I/We, the undersigned, hereby declare that I/We have never in the past and do not currently reside on, us, or in any manner claim as a homestead, either business or residence, and that I/We have no present intent to occupy in the future, use or claim in the future, either as a businesses or a residence homestead, the tract or parcel of land now being offered as security for a loan the lender identified below......it lists the county, the legal description etc blah, blah, blah".

I have had deals where we asked for cars or tractors to be included and they have been!

Also need to get a tractor/backhoe and dumpster to cleanup a lot of the trash around the property (probably about 20 yards of loose and bagged trash strewn around the yards and street). 

I am taking a tractor with a loader and my dump trailer to load and haul the rest of the trash next week.

I drove tractor, broke horses, hauled hay, jockeyed for 6 or 7 years during race season, pumped gas for many years on the side, painted houses, did many handyman jobs, worked some construction, derrick hand on oil rigs, etc. 

I live in a tractor trailer basically so I have to try and figure all of this out while on the road.

Oh, and I got to keep the tractor, so that would make the profit about $85k.
