She did get points for having the same rental since 2019.My conclusion from their answers: I can NOT understand how 4 evictions slipped through the cracks!!!

My goal is to eventually add/build a few more tiny homes.

Getting financials and all of the necessary documents took a lot of back and forth, and I noticed there were just a lot of issues at the property that slipped through the cracks.

My hammer is for cracking open nuts, not remodeling.Just food for thought....

This is what one Section 8 inspection checklist form states regarding that: "No loose, peeling, chipped, or cracked paint on interior or exterior surfaces."

Maybe not like the great financial crisis but definitely seeing some cracks.
