Hi, wanted to get opinions on monthly spend for marketing/leads…
thinking about hiring a company who provides warm leads, but wanted to get an idea of what realistic monthly spend is for it.

Thanks!

First, everyone should get this simple thing straight.

There is a huge difference between a lead and a prospect.

A prospect is what YOU think may BECOME a lead. A lead is a person that expressed explicit interest in acquiring your product or service.

When a prospect fills in your form of their own accord, THAT is a lead.

So before I answer, what do you call a "warm" lead?

A cold lead would be someone that expressed interest but has not taken it further.

A warm lead is someone that has expressed interest and  did an adsional step, like you have spoken before (or already) and is still interested.

Now that this is out of the way.

My question is,  do you still stand by your question? You are looking for a company to give you WARM leads?

    Or simply prospects?

You start to see what this is important yes?

Believe me I have yet to come across ANY company that even knows the actual definition of a lead. If companies could get you LEADS, ... TRUST ME, EVERYONE would be using that company.

All these companies are giving you prospects. Not leads. A very very few do. And when they do, it defeats the purpose.

A true lead is someone who expressed interest in YOUR service.. not just  ANYONE's service. So even if these companies gave you pure bonified SEO leads,  they were expecting to deal with THEM, not you.

People do not understand the psychology of a conversion.  We have done nearly a decade of actual conversion analysis, and that is the reason no one figured lead generation out and why so many simply do it wrong.

Drop these "companies" and focus on generating your own leads through SEO.

All free, all ACTUAL leads, all effortless.

This is true lead gen (These are not my leads. These are leads from Miles,  a student of ours in California).

Get your own. Nothing beats your own off-market motivated seller leads.
