With her support I know it'll really trigger something in us and maybe opportunities will arise. 

I would suggest sitting down with your sister and explaining that while you father was alive he could afford to help support her but now with him being gone that financial support is gone and she can’t expect you to fill in and support her like your father was.

Without their love, understanding and support, I would be working a 9-5 job and miserable!

Know what you are comfortable with and know what the area will support. ie.

I think a critical element that I'm currently knee deep in trying to figure out for myself is making that key connection that can be your window into the process first hand, and offering a piece of the deal in exchange for that one on one support is a fantastic idea.

I sent 3 or 4 analysis' to "customer service" as requested over a period of about 3 months after a chain of emails and never received any direction or support. I

I'm not sure I qualify as a mentor in any way as far as real estate is concerned, but I certainly am available to network with in the form of support! I

The main thing though is that support is the best out there.
