Seems strange that they're allowed not to pay taxes in America, only to take those savings and invest in other countries, seems like there should be a stipulation that the NP's have to operate in the U.S.

My husband and I are apartment dwellers in Los Angeles and do not own any property, but are looking to purchase a rural foreclosure as our own "vacation" home - we found a place we like, just listed, subject to Fannie Mae's "First Look" program, which stipulates owner-occupier only.

Some people knew if a property was going to go back to Freddiemac, (they always take their loans back), what the minimum bid was going to be, and possibly if the bank was going to declare a deficiency (not allowing anyone to bid; the property will be sold next month at the stipulated minimum bid).Okay, how do I find out the same?
