That doesn't surprise me about NJ, knowing what I do as a person who's lived in the tri-state area for 25+ years, especially since becoming a father and coming to truly appreciate what NJ has to offer offer.

Unfortunately you;re in a Blue and tenant-friendly state, but you knew that when you started out.

It’s owning high quality assets within areas that have a high barrier to entry so that asset appreciates over time as you pay debt down.
