Report as spam/block on your phone and move on.

Just curious .because at least some of them will be spam or people trying to take advantage of a new poster that is anxious to invest their money 

It currently has around 1,500 subscribers and is relatively active.Also, the subreddit is heavily monitored against spam.

Most of them want me to fill out a form to get more info, but I know if I fill out forms with a dozen of these, I'll get buried in spam for months -- a lesson I learned long ago after searching for mortgage rates.So far, the only site I've seen that provides any concrete, practical information is Equity Trust.

Have you checked your spam folder?

@John TeachoutThanks for your reply John.I’m sorry for spamming the forum; I should have checked for past similar threads.My contractor did go to the city and spoke to them.

(I always do that first before sending a message as I think it's less likely to be flagged as spam/review if there's already a connection in place before sending things like phone #s and email addresses.)

I get more spam from folks trying to do illegal loans as a mortgage broker than I used to get as a retail direct lender, but you don't want to touch any of that trash anyways, so no difference. 

In the past 6 months to a year all I get is spammed by wholesalers. 

I have to manually send each message though and my intention is not to automatically blast people with spam.
