The slowest is December and then January - it usually takes me two weeks to fill a vacancy.You just need to make sure that your listing shows up better than 50% of the for rent listings out there.

It is worth noting that this is the slowest time of the year for leasing.  

I pay around $1850/mo on this loan, and recently fell behind on two payments while shifting employment paths (at probably the slowest time of the year to do so).

Sometimes on the weekend I will take  a call or clean up files getting ready for Monday.In residential Monday tends to be one of the slowest for clients with weekends the busiest.

This summer has been the slowest I have seen on Miami Beach since I have been here since 1999.

Can't speak for other managers, however I know my problem tends to be working with roofers - They are some of the slowest contractors out there.
