I am scouting some land to build a new multifamily structure on for an investor friend of mine and I'm a little confused by the zoning descriptions I am seeing on Loopnet and Crexi.

LoopNet has some results but I’m wondering if there are some lesser known channels to scout these properties.

I challenge you to take what you've learned and go scout out 10 more properties within the next week. 

Most of the time they already scouted out your site and took pictures before they introduced themselves but if they didn’t this could help save you a couple citations.
