That place has amenities I don't have on any other property (pool, clubhouse, gym, walking and biking trails, skate park). 

Either or will be fine with meLeading up to today has been a series of emotional roller coasters.

and maybe you can skate around it if your living in it and move from one to the other.. and I know its a shock to many as so many in Oregon don't realize this and just figure since they own the property they can work on it or GC it themselves ( IE fix and flip)...

I have all the tools, but some things like paint rollers, saw blades, etc need to be replaced.

Its been a roller coaster so far.

You have to watch a little for roller marks but I am not sure it did much as far as the hi build.  

i'd be excited to strip or sand the finish in a spot to preview what the bare wood looks like without that dark/opaque stain/finish, and would go a step further by spot refinishing to see how it looks with a brighter finish after stripped/sanded.that said, i'd also be reminded wood floors are high maintenance (ie, scratch easily even with todays finishes like varathane that claim u can skate on it!)

If I were some high roller investor making 50 grand a month, yeah, I'd be concerned with reputation and just pay for it without thinking twice.  

As everyone can see that the stock market has been a roller coaster since year 2000 until now.

Purchase price was 555k for a 4/4 with INCREDIBLE Mountain View’s and views of Dollywood roller coaster and fireworks!
