Just be ready to show the officer your reason for being there and your permit for a concealed weapon (if you roll in my fashion).

So to defend what you perceive as some righteous industry is totally off base.. because its not an industry its a bunch of unlicensed very green and inexperienced people out there.Granted it gives the good ones a bad name.. but I can tell you most if not all the top wholesalers HAVE brokers licenses or they close on their deals.. its not just throw it up on the wall and see if some idiot bites on it.So that's a counter point to your post.

I would say the MLS may get you a little bit closer to accurate, but it's not the ultimate weapon.
