Note Brokering?
Hi,
I have 2 questions that hopefully some of you experienced Note Dealers can adequately answer for me? They are:
1. Is it always best to get prospective investors and brokers to sign a NDNC Agreement before sending the note information?
2. Do any of you have a link to which states require note brokers to be licenced in?
Thanks

Yes, always execute a NCNDA when brokering. If the buyer does not want to sign, then move on. As far as licensing, I think California is the only state that has some sort of requirements
