Hello,My apartment has been vacant last couple of months.The first vacant the electric utility bill came around $150 and I noticed that the central AC furnace was on so I turned it off immediately but to my shock the second vacant month the bill came around $250.Barring a refrigerator nothing is on in the apartment, my apartment utility bill is lower than that where the appliances including central ac run frequently.

.- Tenant agrees to keep the property at a reasonable temperature, leave water connected and leave refrigerator on / cooling.- Tenant pays 1 months rent as a releasing fee.

Parking is another consideration, as is refrigerator storage and common areas usage. 

I would need to fully furnish it and it is missing a refrigerator, (washer and dryer too).

Just a few weeks ago, I remodeled an apartment that had a very nice-looking stainless steel stove and we needed to install a new refrigerator and use only white.

At the lower price points, refrigerators are very common as you move up lesser so but still pretty common.

AHW have paid for new water heaters, , propane  plumbing, washer dryer repair, as well as replacing other appliances, such as a refrigerator and a dishwasher.  

Have a few refrigeration units stolen and I would think that might be your profits for the year.
