I haven’t personally done that but many contractors offer financing as part of the program as well as occasionally from utility companies themselves.

I do not want to get into a section 8 houseing typ program as I am doing lots of repairs and updates to my rentals and looking for top $ I do not want a program in place telling me how I must operate my bisnuss do you still use this program and will you continue?
