In some parts of this enormous country the perpetual ascension based upon supply and demand driven by external factors - such as the tar sands development in Alberta - but in many other parts the folly of crowds appears to be the principal force.Real Estate in Canada did not undergo a correction in 2007-2008 as experience in most/all U.S.A. markets and has continued to climb.
