That's not at all what I'm about when talking to people who are asking for help, Jeremiah.I'm trying to tell the OP that ultimately, the critics are just critics, and when you're out there doing things and they're not, they don't matter.I'm trying to tell the OP that failure is a lot more useful than not trying.I've met a LOT of people who don't try because they're terrified of failure.

FYI, my fav is "failure to adhere to the rules of the lease or lied on or during the application process" and inject clauses such as "any individual over more than (x number of days) is considered a tenant, and must apply or be added as an occupant".
