Good luck  I cant see why anyone would want to try to wholesale in these markets one its illegal without a RE license in CA just read the regs.. second you do all this work and nothing closes because you cant get deals good enough..

The licensed versions sold at big box stores are not the same quality and break down quickly and rarely have replacement parts.

The labor forces used are rarely licensed and insured, are the bottom of the bottom and paired with the cheapest materials... a losing combination. 

Access to MLS is one of the best reasons for investors to get their license since it's such a low bar to entry and low annual fees for that and access to all dumps on the market.
