Governor Pat McCrory signed the NC PACES Act on Friday.

The Governor has issued an executive order to reduce total state water usage by 25%.  

In my state of Illinois, the governor has had a no eviction ban since March.  

Governor's Towne Club being a big one...lots of parallels to Alpharetta. 

The mayor and governor keep pushing back evictions, so people are taking advantage of it and not paying rent.I understand her concern, but even if I were to purchase a building today it would be 60 days before I close. 

Just curious if anyone else out here in Michigan is considering suing the State of Michigan and Governor Whitmer for the suspension of the eviction process?

All that being said, the Governors do not have the right nor do they possess the authority to diminish our constitutional right to legal recourse, unless they declare MARTIAL LAW.  

Governor Wolf just extended Pennsylvania's eviction moratorium to August 31 preventing evictions of those that have lost income due to covid.

The governor keeps extending and so I've had a squatter for 5 months that didn't have to do with Covid in the first place.
