Sue State of Michigan for Suspension of Evictions

Just curious if anyone else out here in Michigan is considering suing the State of Michigan and Governor Whitmer for the suspension of the eviction process? It's an obvious violation of the Takings Clause. 

Just seeing if there is any interesting out there?????
