In fact, in a lot of ways, it isn't specifically the fact that I was involved in real estate investing that was so alarming to him, the whole idea of investing outside of traditional blue chip stocks and mutual funds was completely foreign as well, and had I said that I was day trading Forex (I'm not, but know people who are successful doing so), had he the slightest clue of what I was talking about, he probably would respond in a similar manner as to what he did with my rental property business.And had I been interested in starting a sandwich shop for example, certainly that also would have caused a certain amount of discouragement from.

unfortunately you have to pay a % to exchange your money (my guess is 3-5%) and not sure if there may be fees on top of that at the bank. so if you are dealing in two currencies be aware of that. it goes two ways. ie if you buy something on a credit card and refund if you are charged twice for the exchange.

I work with them for a few months then due to finacial reasons we had to end our arrangement( they had a few hundred houses and the market is really bad; so you can imagine)So that didnt work out and then I found another opportunity of a life time to work for a FOREX IB. only problem was...I didnt know what forex was .haha so i had to learn real fast and in about three days I learned forex....not everything but enough.The first week I made..WELL over 10K.but all that was in a demo account so It really didnt matter.

And finally can you answer this...With the US Dollars value at such a low point compared to foreign currency, why would I buy now?
