What is going on with interest rates?

I wrote a thread last December asking BP member where they think mortgage rates will be headed by March 2014. Many replied that we will be over 5%.

The ten year was at 3.0 back in December 27th and continues to drop to 2.2%. Would any of you be surprised to see 30 year mortgages at 3.375% or below in the foreseeable future?
