These are the back-bone workers  that won't see wild fluctuations in their income or employment.

If you are in it for the long term (which you should be), then market fluctuations should not bother you.

Based on some of the platforms they use, they have stated the rents fluctuate almost daily.  

It fluctuates a bit due to overtime.

For instance, even big fluctuations in prices or inventory of fixer uppers in certain markets can have a large effect on ability to rinse and repeat a model of execution.

My credit score fluctuates over 100 points depending on how much credit I am utilizing at the time.

They are calculated EACH YEAR, so they fluctuate EACH YEAR depending on how you manage the investment (i.e. value adding, incurring capex for higher revenue, leveraging return with financing, etc).

Markets always fluctuate and no one truly knows when a market will crash. 

So obviously that fluctuates some but it’s always early.  

I feel extremely confident that we are getting the house at $20K under market price because there is a ton of fluctuation right now ( I just bought a separate SFH in Arvada 3 months ago and have been watching diligently daily, if not hourly!)
