should i back out of my new build house

I’m close to closing on my investment home. I’m stressed not knowing what I should do, should I get out of this Investment? ( I wIll lose a few K of MONIES I Had To PaY) Since The market Is slowIng down In texas. Plus the PossIble crash. I need some Good advIce PLEASE..

If you can't handle a market correction or the stress is going to impact other parts of your life, sell now and move on. You may lose a few thousand now but then you'll be done with it. If the market turns south and you hold on, you could lose a lot more AND have the stress stretched out over a period of years.
