Anyways, if I needed to evolve, then I’d just change my marketing model to 30+ day rentals to avoid being penalized by said potential changes.

I started going there since about 1990 from SoCal for fun and vacations so i've watched it evolve over the years from a dusty gambling town to an international resort destination and I see huge opportunity there over the next decade - it reminds me of LA around the Sunset Strip and Hollywood in the 80s when it was run down before billions of dollars started flowing in and now those areas are some of the most expensive in the city. 

Needless to say, the band never actually happened.I don't see why you need any name now, but if you have one, you can always change it as your business evolves. 

I wonder where RE investors will head next, what strategies will folks gravitate toward in the face of slowdown, how will the money flow evolve over the next 12-24 months?

As you grow and scale (to the extent you want to) you'll always have the option to evolve and evaluate new opportunities.

I know Evolve comes up high in google rankings but I find them pretty basic and hardly on-time. 

It has also kept me in touch with local economic trends that look like they could evolve into new ways to capitalize on the properties I already own.  

It is now time for me to take that experience and evolve it to fit what I wish to do.

Sadly, all wholesalers are not so evolved and many will dump crappy non-deals on you if you let them.
