I agree with @Jeff Berg - the large windows on the ground floor look good.I also think it can be cool to embrace a bit of the commercial / store front feel and not try to hide it too much. 

I embrace both technology and real estate.

Embrace it and as others have said keep that optimism running high. 

The community is tough too but I embrace challenges.

Now that she see its a career choice and I speak about it with passion,  she embraces it.

I work to maximize my odds for reaching my target audience but at the end of the day I still use a shot gun approach, and embrace it as such.
