Just wondering if anyone had expo eve in both cities and which experience you had better.

Beyond GOI and NOI, beyond cap rates and IRR, beyond unbreakable contracts and magic spreadsheets, you still have tenants that hate being ignored and refrigerators that break on Christmas Eve, floor drains that get clogged, faucets that break, handymen that sabotage your place because they know they'll never see you, and pesky leaks that just keep on cropping up.

Try to help eve if this does not bring monetary value.

You guys are making me glad I don't have any LTRs.I did have guests who checked in on Christmas Eve and at 1am on Christmas Day asked me to provide new pots and pans, as they said mine were scratched and they didn't feel safe cooking with them.I wound up getting them new ones the following day (I won't even get into how incredibly sick I was at the time, too).
