If medians are $100k, then it's B, then if they're well over the median price, then it's likely an A class property.I really would prefer to see a A to D or A to F classification.

It wasn't a big deal except it's only good for 30 days, so don't order it until you're within the 30 day closing window.Thank you for the response, luckily it turned out to be less of a big deal because the DOR was able to get back to me in a few days instead of their originally quoted 10 business day turn around.
