2015 Returns for my B & C Class portfolio

Figured I'd share actual numbers from actual rentals that I have in mostly bad neighborhoods. There seems to be a general consensus with larger investors that C class rentals are never profitable, others say they're a cash cow. I wanted to report what my experiences are, first mostly full year of owning B&C properties. The big shocker (To me) as well as to many were my repair & maintenance expenses were very low compared to what's expected. These are mix of pre-rehabbed properties and ones that I have rehabbed. Utilities were way higher than they should have been, as some of the reporting done was when we were working on them over the very cold winter and had to pay for them.
