Its not, Its ALL about price, think about it :) Respectfully disagree if your doing fix and flip to resell to homeowners its critical for rental purposes other than low End section 8 its also important.. renters want good schools also.. buyers its paramount..

But if you can, then look to see about the cost versus reward of making it more renter friendly.If you just have a half bath, then adding a shower is critical unless you want to let these people use your shower upstairs.
