I don't know if you have to, but it wouldn't hurt to disclose it to the property management company and prospective tenants to avoid potential conflicts of interest or misunderstandings.

I have at this point had extensive conversations with the business strategist, the CPA tax manager, the head of book keeping, and a point of contact that helps navigate you around to where you need to go and I have only once received somewhat conflicting advice on the overall strategy, which to me isn't too bad for having that many people collaborating from all different angles.
