@Anshuman ThakurThere are some very good advantages to investing in Nevada, low property taxes, no income tax, and landlord friendly.

After a year or two we intend to buy a larger property in the same area and partner with some friends on it but I do believe a boots on the ground person employed only by you is KEY to executing anything if you are not in the country yourself.

Personally, I bought a 3 bed single family home soon after starting my job and had two friends from college rent which covered my mortgage plus a little extra.

I would also find out from your friend if they have increased the rent since that tenant has been in the house.
