While there, may as well ask if they have anyone that specializes in these, the metaphor here being that if you need knee surgery then you don't need a general practitioner doctor or a cancer doctor or a brain surgery doctor, you need a doctor that's a joint surgeon.

People with brain cancer are getting surgery from an eye doctor and wondering why it didn't work... or trying to get a reverse mortgage from me, I'm young and my clients tend to be young (reverse mortgages require you be 62 years old), I've never done one.

tell or vent out some of your craziest excuses as to why a tenant fell behind on their rent....it may help other landlords in the future...My most memorable was when I was a beginner landlord, this lady was renting a sfh of mine and she called me 3 days after due date balling about how she has cancer.
