Hi everyone,I'm getting ready to start a direct mail campaign to apartment owners.My goal is to purchase at least 10 doors in the next 12 months, and wholesale any other deals that don't quite fit what I am looking for.I'm planning on targeting some smaller markets in states that I think may receive less attention.Does BP have a tutorial on the best way to start this?

There are so many resources online for direct mail and i am excited to learn as much as I can from peoples previous campaigns! 

Wasn't interested in using them for some kind of marketing campaign.

@Brad Chatman - They are on the MLS or you could do a direct mail campaign, depending on the area you may wind wholesalers moving properties if you are paying cash.

Alright, so I get a lot of questions of how to successfully do a Yellow Letter Campaign and these are the steps I take. 

So, I'm hoping to start my wholesale campaign in Lexington Kentucky at the beginning of October.

I am actually from there (Riverside/Avondale area) and starting out in sending some direct marketing there.Most of my real estate business has been in CO, OH, UT, and the south part of Florida, so this campaign will be me just getting my Jax investing feet wet.

I then mailed off my yellow letter campaign to the owners and I received a phone call from a listing agent that was not pleased with me sending a letter to her client.
