Good morning BP community,I'm a returning REI in East Tennessee who is now investing and buidling a family business full time after a career in the military.

If millenial homeowners can't even change their home's air filters, or snake a toilet, or change the oil in their car, that's guaranteed future business for HVAC companies, plumbers, mechanics, and those places all need a place to conduct business in.The commercial mortgage pricing software I use has somewhere around 50 different asset classes in it.

I’ve been in this business a long time, and I know firsthand how overwhelming that first deal can feel—especially when it comes to financing.

Are you building for pure investment purposes or are you looking to use some of the space for personal/personal business use?

I'm sure he could give you some pointers on setting up a business and creative ways to save money.

One I am still learning, and would love to incorporate into my business. 

Father can assist with some functions, but I guess the more he's involved the more one could argue that he needs a license. 

Obviously there is risk involved (as with anything).

Also, consider who you’re hosting, is it families, business travelers, or medical professionals?

just know they have completely different business models was my point where the HML are usually getting payoffs constantly and the note guys they need to foreclose to liquidate which is much more involved.. although i suspect they do get payoffs too.
