I know it's a slow burn, but if anyone has any recommendations as to who I should connect with, whether a business, or an investor in the Dade/Broward area, I am open to any and all suggestions, and I welcome collaboration. 

After researching it a little bit I can see how its not for new investors, there seems to be a few extra ways to get burned on an auction purchase.  

Don't burn them on a bad property.

I clearly know my stuff BUT that's the thing, I am way too busy DOING transactions to run around burning time doing BPO's unless they are for my clients and connected to something actionable.   

Account Closed In my experience, once you get burned a few times as a landlord, you develop your own "deal breaker" rules that you stick with as a policy. 

You are building a plan on paper and paper can burn or blow away.

Just think about the worst damage a tenant can cause, such being liable for setting your rental house on fire or burning down your rental house and the neighbor's house, etc.

They've obviously been burned in the past.They also really don't value PMCs and probably think they are way smarter than us.But, why haven't they started their own PMC yet?

It doesn't happen all the time, but it only takes getting burned once to want to change your policy.
