I would not be posting or boasting about this... 

We boast small city property pricing with big city rental income,  and comfortably meet the 1% rule with plenty of built in equity left over. 

Trust me, my intention is in no way to be or appear boastful, but simple to encourage that, while deal flow is difficult, you always have and always will have the power to network yourself, which will prove extremely fruitful in your REI endeavor.

Everyone needs to reset your BS meter, the ones to watch out for are those that boast of making money or imply $50,000 in profits as if that's a normal day, easy or to be expected.First thing they want is your attention, money chatter seems to be what they think is necessary to do that.

As an anecdote, I was once recruited for this team that boasted they had over 200 listings on this island down here in Southwest Florida.  

Here is the place to boast about your experience, what you can do for your clients, the background knowledge you have.

Chances are, my house is not the first home the prospective buyer has viewed, and in comparison the other homes look like trash once they have seen mine, (please forgive me if you think I am being boastful).

This isn't intended to be boastful, I just want to establish that I'm hungry and not entirely incompetent.

I appreciate there are many people that use Bigger Pockets for boasting, enhancing their ego and networking.
