I know you can do this pretty easily on Rightmove.com from the UK and likely with a few sites out in Asia, to target the common Golden Visa investors. www.propertyguru.com.sg would be worth a look for example.

The REIT Index VNQ has also been on fire and it has tempted me to buy some and I know others suggest international indexes or investing in emerging markets (South America, South East Asia etc.)So far I've been sticking to VTSAX, but should I consider diversifying through other index funds?

The second option is that I will save up around €20,000, sell my car, which is worth around €5,000 and quit my job and go backpacking for a year in Middle and South America, New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
