Scottsdale has been an amazing base for me - so much outdoor beauty, a thriving community, and, of course, a strong real estate market.Since you’re diving deeper into your Johnson City research, have you started looking at specific properties or just keeping an eye on trends for now?

My wife's friend's husband is a handyman who has a lot of experience.

But if I'm going somewhere with my wife for any length of time, I like the space afforded us by a vacation rental, the kitchen for cooking, a living room for spreading out.

At the same time my wife and I are in the very beginning phases of building my family home.

So now I'm faced with the potential of loosing EVERYTHING job, house, car, wife...Finally I stopped focusing on what was wrong and focused on the solutions. 

My wife and I own a couple duplexes in Florida, however with insurance costs on the rise, we're looking at Wisconsin, which is where my wife is from originally, and we're looking at small multifamily in Sheyboygan. 

The Husband sent me a text telling me that he's giving me 6 weeks notice and I should work things out with his wife.

My wife and I have been buying rental properties for 20 years.

My wife is a high earner and this is my only job.

It was hard for me but my wife talked me into taking a bit of a break.
