We have planned to add an electric car charging parking space up front to the door when we completely renovate the parking lot (with recycled materials, half being the reground asphalt of the parking lot itself, the other half is concrete and that is being taken to a plant that crushes it and recycles it too).

They have one of the round-roofed buildings up and as we flew a drone over the top, saw that they have a few of the solar panels set up in the future parking area, but no pavement, and no obvious signs of activity.
