What are the best no money strategies to attract motivated sellers? I realize that off market properties are what is best for a wholesaler. I am ready to close a deal, i have buyers but no off market properties.How doi get people to call me selling their home?

Despite the fancy name, this is nothing more than buying subject to and reselling the same way. That "assignment" name makes it sound like something official is happening. Its not. Lots can go wrong with deals like that. You, being or having been in the middle, are going to be the one sued by the buyer or seller or both if something does go wrong.
