Hi Noah, could you tell me if you use digital guidebooks for the listings you host?  

I have an appointment this week with the L&I office to discuss this issue, to see if they can issue me a letter or anything that notes that the property can legally be used as a two-family.I would greatly appreciate any input that any of you may have!

It also provided owners with weekly stats on everything related to their property ranging from inquires made, appointments scheduled / canceled, feedback from prospective tenants & leasing coordinators.Worth it, imo. 

Can the appraiser appointed by the FHA Lender assess the rental income based on the units post renovation.

Freddie Mac has similar language in their servicer guidebook as well. 

However, I am looking to assign those more so "next action" items like scheduling appointments, consultations, organizing lead generation, etc. to allow me to do what I do best to move the needle.

We do have an accountant, but he is extremely busy and our appointment with him is not till the end of February.

I have appointment to show to a small donut shop owner looking to open a second location.
